Trans-Europe Software Services Ltd was founded by Wright MATTHEWS in 2000 to develop software solutions (Road Manager TMS) for the transport industry.
With immediate success on the European continent, the subsidiary TESS FRANCE was founded (the general manager being Gilles ANDRE). The development team is now based in the South of France in the department of the Var. Customer support is provided from our centres in the Var and Côtes d'Armor( France), Cornwall (UK), Liège (Belgium) and Casablanca (Morocco).
